In terms of aesthetic modifications, the LFA got 20-inch BBS wheels and a matte black finish when filmed, keeping it clean and classy. Han played by Sung Kang and Gisele played by Gal Gadot, got together in a black LFA and zoomed across a highway talking about where to go next. Unfortunately, it got overshadowed both times due to the amusing chemistry between Johnson and Ludacris during the first appearance and the funny situation that happened to the obnoxious owner of the cars during the second appearance. First seen when Dwayne Johnson’s ‘Hobbs’ and Ludacris’ 'Tej Parker' went to buy some fast cars at an auction in London, and then when they bought all the cars at the auction and tried to teach the previous owner a lesson. Arturo Braga’s cameo lasted longer than the total screen time that this eye candy got. It did make an appearance in the 6th film of the franchise, but it lasted for a very short time. Dennis McCarthy made mention on Supercar Blondie that the Ford Escort was being repaired for confidential reasons, indicating that it may return in a future film.For those who don’t know about this beautiful piece of art on wheels, the Eagle Speedster is a modified Jaguar E-Type, which is a beautiful car in its own regard.Brian uses the Escort to push the destroyed Mustang into the gap between the two sides of the road to form an anchor on the tank. Roman jumped from the Mustang onto the roof of the Escort and climbs into the passenger seat next to Brian. He is forced to brake and the tank and Mustang pass beside the Escort. Brian, then being on the same side of the road as the tank, realizes that he is a prime target. When Brian realizes his his friend, Roman Pearce, is in danger of being crushed in his 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback by the tank, Brian takes drastic measures in the Escort to reach him. ĭuring the pursuit of Owen Shaw's tank, Brian O'Conner drove the Escort. Tej bought all the cars from the auction and had them shipped to the crew's safe house. The Ford Escort MK I was purchased by Tej Parker at a car auction in London.
